Using DuoShare
You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use DuoShare only for lawful personal accountability. You are responsible for content you upload and must have the right to share it.
Respect and safety
Do not upload illegal, threatening, exploitative, sexually explicit, infringing, or harmful content; impersonate others; harass a partner; bypass access controls; scrape the service; or interfere with its operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
DuoShare Pro
Everything else in DuoShare is free. DuoShare Pro unlocks groups and challenges of 5 to 10 people. Pro is available as Pro forever, a one-time purchase that does not renew, or as an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Eligible new monthly subscribers may receive the free trial shown before purchase. The price shown before purchase is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the monthly subscription renews and Apple charges your account. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Restoring a valid purchase restores Pro access. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give DuoShare a limited license to store, process, resize, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary backups and legal obligations.
Availability
DuoShare is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Habits, reminders, streaks, and encouragement are motivational tools—not medical, mental-health, fitness, or professional advice. Do not rely on notifications for emergencies or safety-critical tasks.
Ending use
You may stop using DuoShare or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Pro subscriptions must be canceled through Apple even if you delete the DuoShare account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms.
